Naples coach Antonio Conte made Jack Grenish, a player who was dismissed from Manchester City, his priority for the summer transfer window.

Grealish seems to leave Manchester City this summer, especially since he was not held in the Pep Guardiola team for the Club World Cup. Everton wishes to recruit the 29 -year -old loan player, but should face competition from Napoli, champion of Serie A, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport. Coach Antonio Conte is a big fan of Grenalish and has already recruited his former teammate in City, Kevin de Bruyne, for the club.

De Bruyne with de Bruyne?

Conte turned to Grenish after being preceded by Nottingham Forest for the signing of Dan Ndoye. The Manchester City star trains in Italy this summer, not far from Naples, which reinforces the optimism of the club as to the possibility that it is tempted to join the Serie team this summer.

45 million euros

Manchester City would currently request around 45 million euros (39 million pounds sterling) to sell Grenalish this summer. Grealish is currently earning around 10 million euros (8.6 million pounds sterling) per season, but he is ready to accept a drop in wages to guarantee his transfer.

The interest in Grealish seems to grow when approaching the start of the season, and it could be impatient to go in search of a regular playing time in order to increase their chances of joining the England team for the 2026 World Cup. Grealish took over pre-season training with Manchester City this week, but fans will have to wait to see where he will start the new season next.
