League Cup: Arsenal and Liverpool win

Arsenal and Liverpool did not miss their first encounter in the English League Cup on Wednesday, at the round of 16 stage.

Against Bolton, a League One (third division) resident, the Gunners won 5-1. The Reds, for their part, got the better of West Ham, a Premier League counterpart, and this in the same proportions while the Hammers saw red with Alvarez in the 76th minute^e minute (5-1).
