While negotiations are about to conclude with Chelsea for the sale of João Félix, Atlético has decided to include the Portuguese player on the list that can play in La Liga. His companion in misfortune, Samu Omorodion, also about to leave the ship, has not been included while his departure now seems certain, despite the failure of the Chelsea track.
For Félix, a transfer to the Blues is still expected and the saga should be resolved fairly quickly. Despite his inclusion on the Madrid list, the 24-year-old player may well not be making the trip to the Estadio de la Ceramica this Monday evening, to face Villareal. The upcoming arrival of the striker in London should unlock the transfer of Conor Gallagher in the opposite direction.
