The question of Ethan Mbappé’s future at PSG inevitably arises as his big brother packs up.

It’s finally confirmed: Kylian Mbappé will no longer be in Paris next season. The native of Bondy, at the end of his lease next June, has in fact announced to his president, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, his intention to pack up at the end of the current campaign.

The Parisian grand sachem was hardly taken by surprise by the announcement of the star striker. The Ile-de-France leaders have been working on his succession for some time, and we can see them marking the occasion during the next summer transfer window. In a press release published internally, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi also insisted on the club’s desire to focus on young players as the Parisians were able to do last summer with Bradley Barcola or Gonçalo Ramos.

A real titi

Warren Zaire-Emery, in the process of extending his arrangement with Paris, should therefore become one of the new leading figures of the Ile-de-France team. What about Ethan Mbappé, who, at only 16 years old, now trains with the professional squad and appears regularly in the group? The brother of the world champion will also be at the end of his contract this summer. Many supporters are urging him to follow in the footsteps of his big brother.

However, according to The Athletic, Kylian Mbappé’s decision should not influence the destiny of the U16 international. We are therefore talking about a first professional contract for the native of Montreuil. Surveyed by Luis Enrique after his brother’s speech on Friday, Ethan Mbappé was also clear: “I’m a real Titi, I stay at PSG”, he indicated.
