Big shock tomorrow evening at the Etihad Stadium. For its second Champions League match of the season, Manchester City hosts Paris Saint-Germain, the two-time reigning European champion. A match that Enzo Maresca thinks he can win, even if the Skyblues coach did not fail to pay tribute to his future Parisian opponent.
“The message for tomorrow evening is very simple. We will have to play a perfect match, because they are the best team in Europe: they have won the last two editions of the Champions League. If we give our best, we can beat them and end the night on a positive note. We are undoubtedly a good team. Where are we currently compared to PSG? I don’t know. I know how good they are. They have won the last two Champions Leagues, which clearly shows their level. I don’t know if we’re close or far from them, but we’re a good team.”he confided at a press conference.
