Accused of “moral harassment” and “discrimination”, mainly against Muslim players, for facts dating back to his time on the OGC Nice bench, Christophe Galtier was acquitted. Neither of the two offenses is characterized, according to the verdict rendered this Thursday.
However, the Nice prosecutor’s office had requested, last Friday, a twelve-month suspended prison sentence, a 45,000 euro fine and three years of ineligibility against the new coach of the Qatari club Al-Duhail.
