Author of a double this Saturday against Lazio Rome, Dusan Vlahovic was the great architect of the victory for Juventus Turin (3-1). The Old Lady is temporarily at the top of Serie A.

This Saturday afternoon, Juventus Turin hosted Lazio Rome on the fourth day of Serie A. Massimiliano Allegri’s men won 2-0 in Piedmont. A result allowing them to temporarily take the lead in the Italian championship.

From the tenth minute, Dusan Vlahovic opened the scoring at the near post at the edge of the area (1-0, 10th). Federico Chiesa, well served by Adrien Rabiot, doubled the lead before the half-hour mark, from outside the left into the area, flush with the post (2-0, 26th).

Shortly after the hour mark, Luis Alberto curled his shot from the right to place the ball in the Old Lady’s top corner and thus reduced the gap (2-1, 64th). A short-lived hope for the club from the Italian capital, since Dusan Vlahovic scored a double with a shot from the right from sixteen meters (3-1, 67th).

At 6 p.m., Inter Milan will host AC Milan for what will constitute the poster for this fourth day of Serie A. If one of the two clubs wins in this meeting, it will take sole control of the championship.
