It is the unexpected file which is shaking up this winter transfer window. Deemed untransferable last summer by Naples and their coach Antonio Conte, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia is today in the sights of PSG, mainly, but also of Manchester United and now of Liverpool, as announced The Athletic. Indeed, the 23-year-old Georgian could be the subject of an offensive by the Reds, to bring a little more competition within the offensive sector, while Federico Chiesa could potentially make the opposite journey.
