PSG, Doué reveals the name of his idol and he’s a legend!

Désiré Doué is reaching a milestone in his career. This Saturday, the young Frenchman officially signed with Paris Saint-Germain for the next 5 seasons for the sum of 60 million euros.

The French star arrives in a squad where competition is strong. But his profile and his qualities should allow him to make a place for himself and become an important player in Luis Enrique’s game plan.

A few minutes after his transfer to the French capital was made official, the now former Stade Rennais player took part in the traditional 75-second game for all new Parisian recruits.

During these, the French international revealed the name of his idol, who is none other than the former red and blue number 10 Neymar Junior. The new 14 from the Paris region also mentioned his favorite club legends, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Blaise Matuidi.

First steps this Monday in training

Désiré Doué was eagerly awaiting this moment. The Olympic vice-champion with the French team is finally a PSG player. This Monday, he should take his first steps at the PSG Campus to meet his new partners but also participate in his first training session.

Barring any surprises, he should be part of Luis Enrique’s squad for the second day of the championship next Friday at the Parc des Princes against Montpellier. All the Parisians are eager to finally see him at work.
