OM: Pau Lopez is getting closer to an agreement with Côme

After three seasons, Pau Lopez is leaving OM. As expected for a few days, and after the failure of negotiations with Como, the Spanish goalkeeper is heading to Girona where he is on loan with a purchase option estimated at €6.5 million. He will have the opportunity to play in the Champions League. The news was made official by both clubs.

“Pau López has today become a new player of Girona FC. The Club and Olympique de Marseille have reached an agreement for the transfer of the goalkeeper from Sant Esteve de Llémena. He arrives on loan until the end of the season“, wrote the Catalans’ press release this Friday morning. To replace him, OM recruited Geronimo Rulli a few days ago.
