The posters were drawn yesterday, just before the last match and the feat of Rouen, which eliminated AS Monaco on penalties. All that remained was to discover the programming chosen by the French Football Federation and the competition’s broadcasters, France TV and BeIN Sports. The quarters will be played during the week, but several scheduling problems have complicated the task of the FFF, as explained in the press release.

“Rouen and Valenciennes will face each other on Wednesday February 28. The time of the meeting will be specified on Friday February 23, after the semi-final of the Women’s Nations League, played by the French team. Indeed, the final or small final of the Final Four of the Nations League will also be played on Wednesday February 28. If the Blues travel to Spain (match at 7 p.m.), the Coupe de France quarter-final between Rouen and VAFC will be set for 9:00 p.m.; if the Bleues meet the Netherlands (match at 8:45 p.m.), the quarter will be played at 7:00 p.m..” PSG is also affected by a surprising decision: its quarter-final will be postponed to March 13. The reason ? To avoid an additional match before the Champions League round of 16 return against Real Sociedad, scheduled for March 5. Surprising, because PSG, for example, played its Coupe de France match against Brest this Wednesday, a week before the round of 16 first leg…
