After Azor Matusiwa, Stade Rennais got their hands on a new winter reinforcement this Monday.

The arrival at the club of Clermont defender Alidu Seidu is formalized by the Breton management, the 23-year-old player having committed today until June 2028.

The Ghanaian international motivated a new investment of 11 million euros by Rennes leaders, who wanted to strengthen their rearguard mid-season.

The young 18-year-old defender Jérémy Jacquet is going the opposite way and joining Clermont Foot as part of a six-month loan with no purchase option.
