The fresco dedicated to Franco Baresi in front of Casa Milan has once again been vandalized. This time, black paint was used to erase several elements of the work, including the former defender’s captain’s armband, the AC Milan logo on his shorts and the European Cup he was holding up. A new deterioration which comes less than a month after a first act of vandalism, which occurred on September 27.

Restored by the artist Luca Rosada, aka Lucas Street Art, then unveiled on October 10 in a revisited version, the fresco found its place on Piazza Gino Valle. Larger and made using a collage technique, it represented a smiling Baresi in the colors of the Rossoneri. This new attack constitutes an additional affront to the memory of the former Milan legend, emblematic captain of the Lombard club.
