Harry Kane left his mark during the 2026 Ballon d’Or ceremony, organized this Monday evening at the London Palladium. The England captain arrived alongside his wife, Katie Goodland, with a Rolex Cosmograph Daytona “Blue Sapphire” particularly rare, the value of which is estimated at almost one million pounds sterling, or approximately 1.15 million euros. This exclusive model, featuring a meteorite dial and a bezel set with blue sapphires, is one of the Swiss brand’s most sought-after pieces, as reported The Sun.
But the luxury watch ultimately took a back seat to the recognition of the Bayern Munich scorer. Author of an exceptional season, Kane won his first Ballon d’Or and became the first Englishman to receive this distinction since Michael Owen in 2001. He also won the Gerd Müller Trophy, rewarding his offensive performances, at the end of an evening which will remain historic for the captain of the Three Lions.
