Mattéo Guendouzi will sign with Lazio, as part of a one-season loan with an obligation to buy for 2024. OM will only recover one million euros this summer.

Recruited for 11 million euros from Arsenal in 2021, Mattéo Guendouzi will bring 18 to OM as part of a sale to Lazio. The 24-year-old midfielder, who became a French international thanks to his performances under Jorge Sampaoli and then Igor Tudor, flew to Rome on Wednesday and will sign a contract with the Biancocelesti after passing a medical examination.

The Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano details the terms of the transfer of the former Lorient and Pablo Longoria finally negotiated a one-season loan of up to one million euros, with a purchase obligation set at 12 million, bonuses of 5 million (which should be easily achieved), as well as a resale percentage of 10%.

Maurizio Sarri will be able to use his new French midfielder in the three positions of his three-man midfield, in place of number 6 Danilo Cataldi, playing master Luis Alberto or Japanese rookie Daichi Kamada.
