Without much surprise, Florentino Pérez was re-elected president of Real Madrid. After a day on Sunday during which thousands of members came to Valdebebas to vote – some were also able to do so by mail – the verdict fell during the night. Pérez therefore won his third elections and will be president of the club until at least 2030.
He finished with 65% of the votes, which is still considered a small failure by the Spanish press, which highlights the 35% of Enrique Riquelme who, until two weeks ago, was a great unknown to most Real Madrid fans. Now, it’s time for the transfer window!
