The truce is over and the French team has perfectly negotiated its trip to the United States to prepare for this summer’s 2026 World Cup. Didier Deschamps’ men recorded two convincing successes against Brazil (2-1) and Colombia (3-1). The president of the FFF Philippe Diallo can therefore return to his missions. Just this Thursday, he was traveling to Morocco to meet Faouzi Lekjaa, president of the FRMF, as part of the 2030 World Cup.
He was accompanied by Nicolas Forissier, Minister Delegate to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The aim of this meeting is to particularly discuss the opportunities linked to the organization of the 2030 Football World Cup in Morocco, which is obviously a major lever for economic development, investment and industrial cooperation. As part of this Franco-Moroccan committee, emphasis was placed on supporting the structuring of projects linked to this international event, particularly in terms of infrastructure, mobility, services and equipment.
