The Professional Football League has formalized the postponement of the classic between Olympique de Marseille and Paris Saint-Germain to this Monday September 22 at 8 p.m. Initially scheduled for Sunday at 8:45 p.m., the match could not be held due to the thunderstorms announced in the region and the decision of the prefecture of Bouches-du-Rhône to prohibit its maintenance.

In a press release, PSG said: “The LFP decided to postpone the match between Olympique de Marseille and Paris Saint-Germain, this Monday, September 22 at 8 p.m. Monday. Initially scheduled for Sunday, September 21 at 8:45 p.m., the match could not take place on this date following the decision to postpone the Bouches-du-Rhône prefecture due to the thunderstorms announced in the region. For organizational reasons, Paris Saint-Germain returned to Paris this Sunday afternoon and will return to Marseille on Monday, match day. »»
