Jackpot in sight for Paris Saint-Germain. Defeated by Aston Villa (2-3) at Villa Park, the men of Luis Enrique will, despite everything, be very present at the semi-finals of the Champions League after their convincing victory at the Parc des Princes on April 9 (3-1). While waiting to meet the iron with Arsenal, executioner of Real Madrid, the Parisians can already celebrate a (very) good comeback of money.

Indeed, by counting their participation bonus (€ 18.62M), their classification bonus (€ 6.05 million), their results premium (€ 9.1 million) and their qualification premium in dams (€ 1 million), the French champions in title were already guaranteed to collect 34.77 million euros at the end of the league phase. An amount that will drastically go up after eliminating Brest in play -offs (+ 11M €), Liverpool in the round of 16 (+ 12.5M €) and finally Aston Villa in the quarterfinals (+ 15M €).

A check of more than 250M € to the key?

Consequently, before finding the Gunners, Parisian leaders can already expect to receive 73.27 million euros, to which they could well add the 18 million of a qualification in the final and the 6 million of a victory in Munich, on May 31. In total, PSG could therefore pocket 102.27 million euros. An amount that does not take into account the money redistributed according to the domestic market (TV rights) and the UEFA coefficient of each club, estimated by specialized sites at nearly 45 million euros for PSG. Finally, the Club World Cup, organized from June 15 to July 13, 2025 in the United States, will offer the largest endowment distributed in history for a tournament, with nearly a billion euros for the 32 participating clubs.

Committed to this 2025 edition, PSG will receive between 11M € and 35M € – sum calculated according to sporting and commercial criteria – for its simple participation and could receive up to 115 million euros in the event of a final victory. In short, beyond the purely sporting aspect, the success of Parisians could allow red and blue to receive a real jackpot, namely more than 250 million euros. An additional source of motivation – if one needed one – before starting the final sprint …
