Before the top-of-the-table clash between Freiburg and Bayern Munich on Sunday, Borussia Dortmund regained the lead in the Bundesliga by winning against Frankfurt (1-0) this Saturday. Despite their clear domination, the Yellow and Black had to wait until the last ten minutes to finally shake the Eintracht nets.
After a lot of work from Jobe Bellingham on the left side, Maximilian Beier found the left corner of Noah Atubolu with a magnificent curling shot from the right. With this success, Niko KovaÄŤ and his troops remain undefeated and are full of confidence before the Klassiker on the lawn of the Allianz Arena against Bayern next Saturday. Opposite, Adi HĂĽtter and Eintracht have already conceded a third defeat in the Bundesliga and are 13th in the standings.
