Serie A: Udinese brake La Lazio thanks to a goal from Florian Thauvin

Continuation of the 28th day of Serie A. On the lawn of the Olympic Stadium in Rome, Lazio and Udinese were neutralized (1-1). Visitors opened the scoring in the 22nd minute thanks to the Frenchman Florian Thauvin, who resumed a volley from the surface to deceive the goalkeeper. Lorenzo Lucca offered him a decisive pass, allowing his team to conduct 1-0. Lazio quickly reacted with a good action by Mattia Zaccagni, who eliminated a defender before trying his luck. However, Maduka Okoye made a superb reflex parade to prevent equalization (31st).

The pressure of the Romans ended up paying the 32nd minute. Alessio Romagnoli took advantage of a badly cleared ball in the surface to adjust an unstoppable strike in the left corner of the goal. Lazio thus returned to Udinese before the break, bringing the scoring to a goal everywhere (32nd, 1-1). Despite several opportunities and occasions on both sides, no team has managed to find the net in the second period. In the ranking, Lazio remains in 5th place in Serie A and, for its part, the Udinese is positioned in 10th place.
