Olympique de Marseille continues its transfer window and is considering moving into Ligue 1.

Olympique de Marseille will continue its maneuvers during this winter transfer window. The Marseille club, which formalized the arrival of Luis Felipe as defensive reinforcement on January 7, has not yet completed its work on the defensive sector.

According to information from the show Téléfoot this Sunday, OM management identified another profile for the central hinge of Ciel et Blanc: Kevin Danso. This potential recruitment is particularly motivated by Roberto De Zerbi’s choice to no longer rely on Lilian Brassier, whose performances are far from having convinced the Italian technician.

A delicate matter for OM

Under contract until June 2027 with RC Lens, Danso is valued at 25 million euros according to Transfermarkt. However, dislodging the Austrian international will not be an easy task.

Indeed, the Sang et Or are preparing to lose Uzbek defender Abdukodir Khusanov, who should join Manchester City during this transfer period. It is therefore unlikely that they will let another executive go in this position.
