FC Barcelona have made a surprising new request to Manchester United for Marcus Rashford

Turnaround for Marcus Rashford. Loaned to FC Barcelona last summer, the 28-year-old English winger seemed to have found some color in Catalonia. This season, the player has scored 12 goals and provided 13 assists in 44 matches in all competitions. However, the tide has turned since February.

While they were already trying to lower the amount of the purchase option (€30 million), the Culés decided to let the Englishman return to Manchester United at the end of the season. Barça no longer wishes to make financial efforts (transfer compensation and salary) for the player.
