Building on a convincing start to the season with Bayern Munich, Michael Olise is more discreet for his first steps with the France team. Summoned for the November rally, after having participated in those of September and October, the 22-year-old right winger did not convince against Israel (0-0) this Thursday, delivering a lackluster performance.
However, his teammate in the selection, Mattéo Guendouzi, remains confident about the qualities of the Londoner. The Lazio midfielder is convinced that Olise has a bright future with the Blues and that he can become a key element both for the present and the future of the team.
Guendouzi bets on Olise for the future
“I think it wasn’t the best Olise, but what is certain is that we all know that he is one of the best players in his position, with his exceptional left paw”recalled the former Marseillais this Friday at a press conference.
“We are there with him, maybe on Sunday he will score a goal or deliver a nice assist. We are counting on him, for the present and the future”he added Guendouzi.
