Spain, Morocco: Carlo Ancelotti validates the choice of Brahim Diaz

It is a debate which has animated the Spanish and Moroccan press in recent weeks. Coveted by Morocco and Spain, Brahim Diaz finally made his choice and decided to represent the Atlas Lions. Despite a pre-call from La Roja, the 24-year-old midfielder decided to play for Morocco and is included in Walid Regragui’s list. A loss for Spain but a choice made by the player.

This Friday, at a press conference, Carlo Ancelotti was also questioned about the choice of his player. And he seemed pretty happy with that choice. “Was Spain wrong to let him slip away? No idea… for us he is very important and it can be for any team. He chose where they wanted him and I consider that Morocco, which is a very great team, did well. Brahim will give them even more.” The interested party will appreciate it.
