Napoli star Victor Osimhen has lashed out at Khvicha’s agent Kvaratskhelia, who claimed the striker was leaving for Saudi Arabia.
Kvaratskhelia’s agent gave an interview earlier this week in which he claimed that Osimhen “will go to Saudi Arabia next summer.” The striker signed a new contract with the Serie A club in December, extending his stay until 2026 with a release clause worth around £113million, and he hasn’t held back in his response to Mamuka Jugeli.
Osimhen wrote on his Instagram stories: “Dear Mamuka Jugeli, you are filth and a disgrace. I’m bothered by your sense of reasoning. Dumbass ! DON’T SAY MY NAME IN YOUR MOUTH! » Osimhen remains a key player for Napoli and has scored eight goals in 18 matches in all competitions this season. He has been linked with a potential move away from the Serie A club, and Arsenal and Chelsea have been credited with interest.
The Italian champions may need some mediation between their two star players as they prepare to face Salernitana this weekend. Napoli are currently ninth in Serie A and have not won any of their last three matches.
