A former coach of Karim Benzema is about to be inducted into the bench of a major English club.

Former Wolves and Tottenham manager Nuno Espirito Santo could return to England. It would be a nice rebound after a complicated experience in Saudi Arabia. He was in charge of Al-Ittihad, but Karim Benzema ensured that he was removed from his position.

Nuno Santo will return to the Premier League

The Portuguese coach could soon be appointed head of Nottingham Forest. According to Sky Sports, he is the favorite to take over from Steve Cooper on the bench of this team.

Owner Evangelos Marinakis is unhappy with the team’s poor form which has seen them tumble down the championship standings. Among the bottom three in the standings, it is Forest who seem most in danger of relegation at the moment.

Nuno Espirito Santo would therefore return to a championship that he knows well. He will try to repeat his performances with Wolves. At Tottenham, on the other hand, his time was much less conclusive.
