Tenth assessment of the season for the ranking of European top scorers. We find the scorers who shook the nets in Germany, England, Austria, Belgium, Scotland, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine. As in previous weeks, Harry Kane comes out on top with 18 goals in 12 matches. An unchanged result compared to the previous one since the snow prevented the match between Bayern Munich and Union Berlin from taking place. Behind his pursuers maintain the pace.
This is particularly the case of Santiago Giménez. Feyenoord’s star scorer was not enough against PSV Eindhoven during the top-of-the-table clash (2-1 defeat). Yet the author of a new achievement, the Mexican player now has a solid total of 17 goals in 14 matches. The podium is completed by Serhou Guirassy who continues to pile up the goals. Solid with VfB Stuttgart against Werder Bremen (2-0), he once again shook the nets with 16 goals in 11 matches.
Kylian Mbappé remains in ambush
Just behind, we find Kylian Mbappé who was again decisive against Le Havre during the 2-0 victory for Paris Saint-Germain, finds himself in fourth place. The Ile-de-France striker has 15 goals in 13 matches. Statistics similar to those of Vangelis Pavlidis. The Greek striker from AZ Alkmaar once again got the ball rolling against Utrecht even if it was not enough to win (1-1). Sixth, Erling Braut Haaland was silent despite the rain of goals against Tottenham (3-3). The Manchester City striker remains stuck at 14 goals in 14 matches.
It’s a little better than Lautaro Martinez who comes seventh. If Inter Milan had a nice success against Napoli, the Argentine striker remains credited with 13 goals in 14 matches. Effective with Zenit despite the 3-1 defeat against Lokomotiv Moscow, Mateo Cassierra took 8th place. The Colombian has scored 13 times in the 15 league games he has played. Nice entry into this top 10 for Simon Banza. Now in Braga, the former Lensois has 11 goals in 12 matches and remains with one goal against Estoril in a 3-1 victory. Tenth, Jude Bellingham had a calm match against Granada (2-0) where he did not score. The English midfielder remains well placed with 11 goals in 13 matches.
Aboubakary Koita (Saint-Truiden), Mauro Icardi (Galatasaray) and Kevin Denkey (Cercle Bruges) also have 11 goals but fail to reach the top 10. Edin Dzeko (Fenerbahçe), Loïs Openda (RB Leipzig), Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) , Luuk de Jong (PSV Eindhoven), Kasper Dolberg (Anderlecht) and Mame Baba Thiam (Kayserispor) follow with their 10 goals. Jonas Wind (Wolfsburg), Sem Steijn (Twente), Antoine Griezmann (Atlético), Anders Dreyer (Anderlecht), Mohamed Amoura (Union Saint-Gilloise) and Heung-min Son (Tottenham) are a little further behind with 9 goals.
