Benjamin Pavard had his medical on Wednesday before signing with Inter for five seasons. The versatile Bayern Munich defender joins another Blue at the Nerazzurri.

It’s done. Benjamin Pavard underwent medical tests on Wednesday afternoon at the headquarters of the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI), prior to his commitment to Inter Milan (Serie A).

The French defender, after four seasons at Bayern Munich, is now linked with the Nerazzurri for five years, until June 30, 2028.

At the finalist of the last Champions League, the 2018 world champion finds a teammate from the France team, striker Marcus Thuram, also recruited this summer from the Bundesliga.

Inter has also strengthened with the versatile midfielder Juan Cuadrado (Juventus) and the return of striker Alexis Sanchez, after a season spent at OM.

We also don’t forget defender Francesco Acerbi (Lazio), Davide Frattesi (Sassuolo) and Swiss goalkeeper Yann Sommer (Bayern Munich).
