Carlo Ancelotti is in the sights of Spanish justice who will try him for tax evasion. The fault of undeclared income and related to image rights dating from 2014.
The Real Madrid coach will have to deal with the justice of the country in which he works. Having failed to declare his income related to image rights in 2014, Carlo Ancelotti will be tried. As reported by the Spanish press, the Italian acknowledged the facts by claiming to have been ” badly advised at the time. Note that he had nevertheless declared his income as a coach of Real Madrid.
On his side, AS indicated that the complaint concerning the year 2015 was on the other hand rejected by the judge in charge of the case. The latter would have found that Carlo Ancelotti had fulfilled his tax obligations in the United Kingdom, where he resided most of the time at the time. The Spanish media adds that the million and a half euros seized in this story by the Spanish Treasury in the form of salary deduction, will be released and recovered by Carlo Ancelotti.
For what he is still accused of, the sixty-four-year-old Italian will therefore go before a judge and should get away with a simple fine, the amount of which should however be quite full-bodied.
