Lille travel to Lisbon to challenge Sporting in the Champions League this Tuesday evening (9pm). Here is the expected line-up for LOSC.

It is in a rather tense atmosphere that LOSC begins its campaign
Champions League. After having secured its ticket in the pre-play-off and play-off, the northern club travels to Lisbon to challenge a formidable Sporting team, this Tuesday (9 p.m.).

A match that Bruno Genesio must approach with a reduced squad. Arriving at the end of the transfer window to offer an additional option in midfield, the Portuguese international André Gomes is not qualified for the continental competition. But it is above all the Lille infirmary which is still well stocked, with the injuries of Ismaily, Haraldsson and Mukau.

Bakker aligned on the left flank

Bruno Genesio could make a strong choice by entrusting the role of left piston to the former Parisian Bakker, in the 3-4-3 system of the Dogues. Meunier will occupy the right flank of this moving animation, while the midfielders André and Angel Gomes would pair up in the midfield.

Up front, Lille will rely on a trio of Zhegrova, Sahraoui and David as anchor points. The three-man defence should also be classic with the expected starts of Diakité, Mandi and Alexsandro. Chevalier will hold his place in goal.

The expected line-up for Lille: Chevalier – Diakité, Mandi, Alexsandro – Meunier, André (c), Ang. Gomes, Bakker – Zhegrova, David, Sahrawi.
