Lamine Yamal posted a photo on social media of himself alongside the son of Real Madrid legend Cristiano Ronaldo.

Yamal is currently on holiday after leading Spain to victory at Euro 2024 in July. The teenager is expected to return to pre-season training in Barcelona at the end of the month. The winger teamed up with Cristiano Ronaldo’s son for a photo while on holiday.

Yamal has enjoyed a meteoric rise, despite only making his senior debut last year. Since then, the 16-year-old has made over 50 appearances for Barcelona and has already won 14 caps for Spain, including a key role at Euro 2024.

A crazy duo

Yamal also posted a snap on an Instagram Story showing him wearing a Brazil jersey, believed to belong to Barca teammate Raphinha, while on a five-a-side football pitch with Ronaldo Junior, among others.

Ronaldo Junior currently plays for Al-Nassr, just like his father, and the 14-year-old is part of the club’s youth team. It is possible that he and Yamal could share the same pitch in the future if Ronaldo Jr continues to progress.

Yamal is expected to play a major role in the FC Barcelona first team next season, having already changed his shirt number to 19, one of Lionel Messi’s former numbers at the club.
