Paris Saint-Germain have almost completed the transfer of João Neves. Indeed, the Portuguese player has undergone the traditional medical examination in the capital in recent days. But there are still some final details to be settled. Benfica published a press release on the website of the Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
“In the terms and for the purposes legally applicable, and in light of the news published in the media, Sport Lisboa e Benfica – Futebol SAD (the “Company”) informs that the formalization of the process related to the transfer of the player João Neves’ contract with PSG is practically complete, but that to date, the corresponding contract has not been signed by all parties. The Company will complete this information in the terms and for the purposes legally applicable as soon as it is justified.” Everything therefore seems to be on track to complete this transfer of 60 million euros, plus 10 million euros in bonuses, as well as the loan of Renato Sanches.
