In December 2009, Karim Benzema had just celebrated his 22nd birthday and was playing his first season at Real Madrid. During the winter break, the French striker decides to spend a few days on Reunion Island. After his birthday party, his Lamborghini, rented for the occasion, was rear-ended in the early morning.
The native of Lyon had just spent the night in the “La Villa Club” nightclub, in the company of Rohff. And the two stars found themselves at the heart of the accident. Fortunately, none of them were injured. Nearly thirteen years later, the rapper revealed that he was behind the wheel of the car. “ We had rented cars. We were teasing each other, we were racing.
