Crystal Palace formalized this Wednesday the contract extension of its midfielder Cheick Doucouré. The Malian international, who arrived from Lens in the summer of 2022 for just over 22 million euros, is now linked to the Eagles until June 2029.
“We are delighted to announce that Cheick Doucouré has signed a new long-term contract with the club, binding him until 2029”, indicates Crystal Palace on its social networks. This season, the 24-year-old took part in 11 Premier League matches for his club, before suffering a ruptured Achilles tendon which will keep him out of action until May. A great mark of confidence.
