Deco, the sporting director of Barça, spoke about the profile targeted by the club for the future coach.
FC Barcelona sporting director Deco surprised the club by declaring that they needed to find a coach who would “break” from the club’s traditional playing methods. The Blaugrana DNA could thus be abandoned.

Deco is actively seeking a replacement for Deco, who will leave at the end of the season.
