Thomas Meunier is expected to leave Borussia Dortmund in the coming hours to head to Turkey.

Thomas Meunier and Borussia Dortmund, it’s almost over. At the club since 2020, the former Paris Saint-Germain player is expected to leave the Ruhr in the coming hours.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Meunier should indeed sign up with the Turkish club Trabzonspor, undoubtedly to maximize his playing time with a view to Euro 2024.

Injured at the start of the season, Meunier only played 8 Bundesliga matches with Dortmund. He was not included by BvB in their Champions League roster, fueling departure rumors about him.
