Barça’s sporting director, Deco, admits that it is very difficult for him to strengthen his club this winter.
The head of recruitment of Barcelona, Deco, indicated that he had a lot of difficulty in making fruitful of the leads he had during this month of January. The Portuguese recognizes that it is very complicated to make reinforcements these days due to the delicate financial situation the club is going through.

“The needs of the club do not facilitate the search and recruitment of players, especially with financial fair play“, he confided just before the transfer window deadline.
