After securing the services of Ilkay Gündogan, FC Barcelona has its second recruit in the summer transfer window.

In a press release published this Wednesday morning, the reigning Spanish champion announced the signing of Inigo Martínez, at the end of his contract with Athletic Bilbao and who has signed up for the next two seasons in favor of Barça, i.e. until June 2025. A weighty reinforcement for Xavi’s defense as the Spanish international (32) has more than 350 La Liga games.
