After Eder Militao and David Alaba, Real Madrid loses a new defender. Opposed to Getafe for the 20th day of La Liga, the Merengues – who currently lead 2-0 thanks to a double from Joselu – suffered another hard blow. Indeed, Antonio Rudiger, the German central defender, complained about his knee at the end of the first period after a collision with the Azulones striker, Mason Greenwood, and was forced to give up his place at the break.

Replaced by Eduardo Camavinga who let Aurélien Tchouaméni slip into the middle, the 30-year-old could be missing in the weeks to come. Despite everything, several Spanish journalists have suggested that Rudiger simply received a very painful blow but that the injury would not be very serious. Real are holding their breath a few days before challenging RB Leipzig for the round of 16 of the Champions League.
