Paris Saint-Germain will recruit Gabriel Moscardo, it’s decided. Since yesterday, the Brazilian media have agreed that the capital club had reached an agreement with Corinthians to validate the transfer of the young defensive midfielder despite the problem encountered with the player’s left foot. An operation which will cost the Rouge et Bleu €20 million.
However, the local press indicated that Paris had “protected itself” by only signing a pre-contract, before paying everything next summer. A clause allowing the deal to be canceled in the event that Moscardo’s physical problems persist was also mentioned. Today, Globoesporte tells us that PSG has agreed to abandon this clause. The media even assures that the matter should be finalized before the end of the week. Details are still being negotiated, such as allowing Moscardo to play a few matches with Timão before joining France next summer.
