Faced with the complexity of the track leading to Nordi Mukiélé, Bayern have identified another target for the right-back position. And he’s also a Frenchman.
Nordi Mukiélé will probably not join Bayern Munich this winter. An approach was made to lure the young Frenchman to the Allianz Arena, but there was no agreement reached with PSG for a transfer. The German giant was therefore forced to explore other options.
A less complicated track than that of Mukiélé
And among the options that were considered there is one named after Sacha Boey. Indeed, if we trust what Sky Germany reports, the French international hopeful is Bayern’s plan B if Mukiélé does not come.
Boey (23) is currently performing with Galatasaray Istanbul. He is linked there until June 2025. This season, he caught the eye of the Bavarian leaders during the confrontations between the two clubs in the group stage of the Champions League.
The market value of the former Rennes player is estimated at 22 million euros, according to the transfermarkt website. Bayern will most certainly try to secure his services on loan. If he signs, Boey will try to forget Benjamin Pavard, who had occupied this right-back position with Munich for several seasons.
