Tiago Djalo has been squatting the pages of Italian newspapers for weeks. AC Milan here, Inter Milan there, the two Lombard clubs, with limited financial means, seemed to hold the rope with a view to a free transfer next June. Because the Portuguese defender from LOSC was reaching the end of his lease at the end of this season.

In recent weeks, it is Inter Milan who seemed to hold the rope. Everything was even closed to believe La Gazzetta dello Sport. But now, Juventus Turin is about to turn everything upside down. Because the Old Lady is ready to make a financial effort from this month of January, for an element who has not played since March 4 and his cruciate ligament rupture which occurred against RC Lens.

Juve believes in it as hard as iron

According to our information, the Turin club has planned to offer €3.5 million to LOSC to buy out the last 6 months of Tiago Djalo’s contract. A weak offer at first glance, but between his long injury and his end of contract in June ultimately far from being ridiculous for the Lille leaders. Above all, Juve was able to convince the player.

The contractual offer appealed to the 23-year-old central defender, and Juventus Turin is very confident in this matter. Lille, for its part, has learned to do without its Portuguese, with the emergence of great hope Leny Yoro. Selling Tiago Djalo in January is therefore not heartbreaking.
