Yesterday, Paris Saint-Germain were lucky to learn that Real Sociedad would be their next opponent in the round of 16 of the Champions League. But now terrible information has hit the capital club. According to The Parisian, Alexandre Letellier (33 years old) was the victim of an extortion attempt at gunpoint during a meeting during the night from Monday to Tuesday, at his home in Hardricourt (Yvelines). The goalkeeper was accompanied by his family, who were also victims of extreme violence. His partner and his two children (2 and 6 years old) were also threatened with death to obtain jewelry and money. Alexandre Letellier’s wife was punched in the face, while she had her 2-year-old child in her arms.

Always according to The Parisian, a knife was found at the scene. Fortunately, three of the four perpetrators were arrested, including two minors. But the police had to work, since an electric pulse gun (PIE) was used during the arrest of one of the perpetrators. The latter had actually tried to escape by jumping from the balcony overlooking the entrance to the home. The fourth individual managed to escape. Note that a police officer was injured in the intervention. Everything would have happened very quickly, when Alexandre Letellier and his family were woken up by an alarm around 2 a.m. Four people actually entered his garden, then his home. The owners of the home then tried to call the police, but the criminals asked them to cut off communication by gathering them in a room in the house. A terrible event reminiscent of that suffered by Gianluigi Donnarumma this summer.
