PSG lost a new player to injury this Sunday against Le Havre.

Ten days before returning to Borussia Dortmund for a crucial Champions League match, Paris Saint-Germain is seeing its infirmary fill up. Already deprived of its prodigy Warren Zaire-Emery in the midfield, the capital club will undoubtedly have to cope without his replacement, Fabian Ruiz, in Germany.

Starting against Le Havre this Sunday, as part of the 14th day of Ligue 1, the Spanish midfielder was injured in the 8th minute of play. The former Neapolitan was hit in the shoulder during a duel aerial in the Normandy penalty area. He was probably the victim of a dislocation, according to Canal +.

Big concern before Dortmund

While waiting to learn more about the state of health of Fabian Ruiz, the latter has been replaced by Manuel Ugarte and certainly sees his chances of playing a decisive Champions League match against BvB disappearing. For Luis Enrique, this is also bad news, he who will undoubtedly be forced to innovate in midfield. We could then move towards a Vitinha-Ugarte-Lee trio.

As a reminder, PSG traveled to Le Havre this Sunday afternoon without Marquinhos, Nuno Mendes, Presnel Kimpembe, Warren Zaire-Emery or even Keylor Navas, all injured or too short physically.
