OL goes to Lens with Pierre Sage, who replaced Fabio Grosso, on the bench. Here is his first eleven.
Olympique Lyonnais travel to Lens this Saturday, at 5 p.m., as part of the 14th day of Ligue 1. This is OL’s first match since the dismissal of Fabio Grosso after the defeat at Groupama Stadium last week. Pierre Sage, who is acting as interim manager, made some changes compared to the team which lost to Lille (0-2). Five players come out of the eleven (Kumbedi, Diomandé, Henrique, Diawara and Kadewere), replaced by Mata, Lovren, Tagliafico, Moreira and Cherki, in what seems to be a 4-2-3-1. On the Lens side, Franck Haise only kept his defensive trio intact after the heavy defeat (6-0) at Arsenal. Wesley Saïd, in particular, will start up front.
Lyon’s eleven: Lopes – Mata, Lovren, O’Brien, Tagliafico – Alvero, Caqueret – Moreira, Cherki, Nuamah – Lacazette.
The Lensois eleven: Samba – Gradit, Danso, Medina – Aguilar, El Aynaoui, Abdul Samed, Machado – Sotoca, Costa – Saïd.
