Arriving in Marseille with the status of a star and that of European vice-champion, Joaquin Correa is now just a player like any other among the Olympians. Worse, it has even been downgraded to the rank of overpriced elements.

In today’s edition, the daily L’Equipe reveals that the former Inter player has become a bit of a Turkish leader among his teammates. The latter make fun of his level, which is nothing exceptional even though he was supposed to bring real added value to the team.
“When the players saw him come from Inter, with all his tattoos and his handsome looks, they were quite impressed. But it didn’t last long.”said a person close to the club about the Albiceleste international.
Arriving at the very end of the summer transfer window, Correa has still not signed the slightest decisive move with the Marseille team. However, he played 9 matches, including 6 as a starter. These statistics are worrying to say the least.
It should be noted, however, that Correa is not the only offensive player to disappoint at the moment on the Marseille side. Over the last three league matches, no attacker from this team has managed to score a shot.
