Currently the Chilean selection, Alexis Sanchez has protested against the deplorable conditions in which he and his partners operate in Chile.
Times are tough for Chile. Only 8th in the rankings in the South America zone, La Roja only achieved a small success in 5 matches (2 draws and 2 defeats) during qualifying for the 2026 World Cup.
Disappointing results which would be partly linked to the execrable conditions in which the Chilean internationals are welcomed, according to Alexis Sanchez, who let out a big rant at a press conference.
“There is feces coming out of the shower”
“At Juan Pinto Durán (Chile’s training center, editor’s note), there are three showers and they don’t work. You have to wait for someone else to take a shower before you can take one. In the Colo-Colo stadium, I was sitting stretching and in the sewer there is feces coming out of the shower”railed the Inter Milan striker.
🇨🇱🗣️ “Del desagĂĽe dirty excremento de nosotros mismos en la ducha. Entonces tĂş dices: ‘ÂżIs a selection or a team of Tercera?’”.
