Tyson Fury gave his opinion on the debate between Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo by meeting CR7 before his fight against Francis Ngannou in the famous “Battle of the Baddest” fight.

The British professional boxer was spotted chatting with Ronaldo ahead of the WBC heavyweight champion’s match in Riyadh this weekend. The ‘Gypsy King’ was born in Manchester, the same city where Ronaldo rose to global stardom after signing for Manchester United in 2003. Fury himself is a Red Devils loyalist and has attended several matches at Old Trafford.

It is therefore no surprise that the boxer called Ronaldo “the greatest footballer” and revealed that he had closely followed his career in Manchester, then at Real Madrid.

“Cristiano, you are the greatest footballer who has ever lived and I really mean it,” Fury told Ronaldo.

” Thank you so much “, replied the attacker with a radiant smile.

“I’m a big fan, I watch all football. I saw you at United the first time and the second time. All Real Madrid matches.

Ronaldo supports Fury ahead of Saturday night’s ‘Battle Of The Baddest’ in Riyadh. He was present at the Champions Gala and even pretended to punch the legend while the boxer was playing with the footballer. During the conversation, when Ronaldo asked why Fury no longer frequents the stadium, the athlete replied: “I come to the stadium, but I am very tortured when I go there. It’s like…boom. It’s very hard for me.
