After seven years with Paris Saint-Germain, Neymar left his home in the summer of 2023. In fact, he also left his residence in Bougival. This has just been put back on the rental market.

Opinions on Neymar’s move to Paris Saint-Germain still remain divided today. If some believe that the Brazilian is perhaps the best player (in terms of pure quality) that the Parisian team has ever had in its ranks, others speak rather of an immense waste, due in particular to the numerous injuries he suffered. been a victim, but also to his lifestyle which is often singled out. A fan of big parties, Neymar was also well known to his neighbors. Renting a villa near Bougival, the Brazilian had not only made friends in this wealthy town in Yvelines. Uninhabited since his departure, this famous house has been put back on the rental market.

This week is Le Figaro Immobilier who confirmed the information. The gigantic 780 m² property is therefore looking for a new occupant. Composed in particular of fourteen rooms spread over five floors, the house has no less than nine bedrooms, eight toilets, four shower rooms and two bathrooms, recalls the media. Future tenants will have to pay 20,000 euros per month to live there. This is 6,000 euros more, compared to the lease that Neymar signed when he moved in 2017. For his part, Sportune specifies that the security deposit required upon signature is 40,000 euros, without forgetting fees exceeding 9,300 euros.

Who will replace him ?

While waiting to know who will take over from the Brazilian international in this residence which was also inhabited by Gérard Depardieu and his family in the 70s and 80s, the inhabitants of Bougival are taking advantage of the calm return. In addition to the parties organized (occasionally) until midnight by the Brazilian, they still remember the demonstration of certain Paris Saint-Germain supporters who came to shout under the footballer’s windows to ask him to leave the club. It now remains to be seen whether the former neighbors of “Ney” will gain in the change.
